My insight on this topic is that papaya is a delicious fuits and at the same time it is so nutritious too. This is my favorite fruit since I can easily plant it on our backyard and will only take me several months to harvest it. My another favorite fruit is watermelon since it's seed is rich in arganine that is really good for my heart too.
